Selen is an amazing instructor who creates personalized trainings, monitors your performance, and always brings out the best in you, while having a big smile on her face. Not only she has a very motivating and friendly attitude but also she is a very disciplined tutor. Plus she is a great athlete and looks amazing too =)

Selen is a great trainer who managed to motivate even me(!) for pilates! She explains all the moves and the purpose behind it and that helps me a lot understanding and doing it correctly.
