For me i see that m. Younes has many skills that make him trustworthy
First thing he is positive influence, he inspire students to approach challenges with optimism
Second thing respectful and active listening, he has a knack for actively listening to others and make them open discussions and create a safe space for students to express their thoughts
Third thing he is honesty in communication he openly communicate with students adressing concerns sharing feedbackand providing guidance in an honest and respectful manner.

The first time that I met Younes was in college I showed him the way to the class and after that, we frequently met him at the entrance of the college. And in the exam period we used to work as a group we help each other but when Younes started everyone listen to him and admire the way he explaining. Also, he gave us some tips to remember lessons.

My view about Youness is strongly based not just on one experience but on many.
