I am a university student studying in an English-taught program, with a strong command of English developed through years of reading and engaging with English-language media. I am not a traditional instructor with a formal teaching degree, but I bring a fresh, relatable perspective and practical language skills. Teaching Techniques & Methods:
I focus on a communicative and student-centered approach. Since I've developed my English proficiency largely through extensive reading and immersion in English-language content, I believe in learning through real, meaningful context rather than rigid grammar drills. My lessons incorporate:
Conversation practice based on topics the student enjoys
Reading comprehension using materials like short stories, articles, or even manga to build vocabulary naturally
Practical grammar explained through examples rather than memorization
Listening and speaking exercises to improve fluency and pronunciation
Teaching Style:
I am patient, encouraging, and adaptable. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to fit individual needs and interests. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident making mistakes and asking questions. Since I am currently a university student myself, I relate well to younger learners and understand the challenges of learning in a second language.
