I am a visual artist and 3D artist with a professional background in digital art, game development, and visual production. My experience includes drawing, painting, 3D modeling, sculpting, texturing, and creating artwork for both digital and physical projects.
Alongside my professional work, I have been developing my traditional art practice through structured study of drawing, observation, values, light and shadow, form, charcoal, and painting.
What I enjoy most about teaching is helping students understand the reasoning behind what they are doing. I know how frustrating it can be to practice regularly without knowing exactly why something looks wrong or what should be improved next. Because of this, I try to explain artistic concepts clearly and practically rather than relying only on rules or copying exercises.
I am especially interested in working with beginners and developing artists who want to build strong fundamentals and a more structured approach to learning.
Lessons are taught in **English**, and I aim to create a relaxed environment where students can ask questions, experiment, make mistakes, and improve at their own pace.

I start by understanding each student's current level, goals, and the areas they find most difficult. Rather than following exactly the same program with everyone, I adapt the lessons to the student's experience and what they want to improve.
The lessons focus on the fundamental skills behind strong drawing: observation, proportion and measurement, form and volume, perspective, values, light and shadow, and understanding how objects exist in three-dimensional space.
My goal is not simply to teach students how to copy a reference. I want them to understand **what they are seeing, why a drawing does or does not work, and how to identify and correct their own mistakes**. Developing this understanding gradually makes it easier to draw independently rather than always relying on step-by-step instructions.
During the lessons, I explain concepts through short demonstrations and practical exercises. We then work through the student's drawing together, analyzing problems, understanding why they happened, and finding ways to improve them. When useful, I also suggest exercises that can be practiced between lessons.
The lessons are suitable for complete beginners, people returning to drawing after a long break, and developing artists who feel that their fundamentals need more structure. Depending on the student's goals, we can work with drawing fundamentals, charcoal, value studies, light and shadow, observational drawing, and gradually move toward painting.
I work professionally in visual art and 3D art, and my own traditional art practice continuously focuses on drawing, observation, form, values, light, and painting.
Free class is 90 minutes
Lessons are taught **in English** and they are only in person in Istanbul.

Çok ilgili hoca, teknik tarafi baya güclü. Çizimlerimi geliştirmeme yardımcı olmuştu. Hem hatalarımı güzel açıklıodu, hem de işe yarar teknikler gösteriodu. Hala da iletişimim vardır, tereddütsüz öneririm. Özellikle çizime sağlam temelle başlamak isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.
