Hello there! I'm Sıla, an English teacher and I'm here to help you to achieve your goals! I’m a friendly, enthusiastic, and patient English expert with a passion for language and education. Currently, I am pursuing my degree in English Language Teaching at a private university in İstanbul. I hold various certificates from reputable universities, including:
TESOL certificate(Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Arizona State University
CELTA certificate (Teaching English to Adult Speakers of Other Languages) from Cambridge University
How to teach grammar from British Council
and many more.
I believe that learning is a life-long journey, so even though I'm a teacher myself, I actively follow academic publishments, books, studies, and recent trends in my field to stay on top of my field and ensure that YOU are GETTING the BEST education possible.

Each lesson I design is tailored specifically to your level and goals, using real-world texts on a variety of topics to make learning both memorable and engaging. We will work on your strengths and weaknesses, and tackle the areas that are tricky. Apart from correcting your mistakes for accuracy, I have specific activities that will give you the chance to speak and articulate your feelings and thoughts properly and step by step, that will boost your CONFIDENCE and FLUENCY. I'll give you genuine and clear feedback at the end of every lesson and share a progress raport at the end of each month.
