Ahmad Reshad NOORI is Asst. Professor in Istanbul Gelişim University. He was born in Wardak/Afghanistan in 1987. He completed his primary school and high school education in Kabul/Afghanistan and then he enrolled in the Civil Engineering Department of Çukurova University in 2007. He started the double major program in the Environmental Engineering Department of Çukurova University in 2008. He graduated as a civil engineer and environmental engineer from the university in 2011. The same year, he started his Master of Science degree in the Department of Civil Engineering of Çukurova University. He completed the degree of Master of Science in 2013. In 2014, he started his Ph.D. degree in the same department, He completed the doctorate degree in 2019. He also graduated from the Department of Business Administration of Anadolu University in 2019.
His Ph.D. thesis is in English. Also, he has many international publications written in English.

There are general principles of best practice that a conversation class can be built around.
1-Focus on communication and fluency, not correctness.
2- Before entering in academic conversations, students have to agree on some basic “rules for engagement”.
3- There are few things more uncomfortable than being in a conversation on a topic you either intensely dislike or have nothing to say on.
4- Conversation occurs in small, not large groups.
5- Too often conversations even between native speakers fall flat because the participants don’t know conversation strategies.
6- It seems elementary, but it is often forgotten that students may not be participating because they simply don’t have the vocabulary to enter a specific conversation. Introducing some key phrases and words related to the topic will help this.
7-Teach both formal and informal conversation skills.
