Ezgi ile ilgili bilgiler

I am a native Turkish speaker with an academic background in Theatre and Performance Studies. Throughout my university and postgraduate studies, I have worked extensively with English-language academic materials, international applications, research, and communication.

My academic interests include theatre, performance, psychology, philosophy, and the social sciences. Working regularly between Turkish and English has helped me develop strong communication skills and a good awareness of how meaning, tone, and cultural context can differ between languages.

I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and explaining Turkish expressions, everyday language, and cultural nuances in a clear and approachable way. I aim to create a relaxed learning environment where students can speak freely, make mistakes comfortably, and gradually become more confident using Turkish in real life.

My Turkish lessons are designed for foreigners who want to feel more comfortable speaking and understanding Turkish in everyday life.Lessons are personalized according to your level, goals, and interests. Depending on your needs, we can work on conversation practice, pronunciation, useful vocabulary, basic grammar, listening, and expressions commonly used in daily Turkish.

We can focus on real-life situations such as meeting new people, shopping, restaurants, transportation, travelling, social conversations, or living in Türkiye. For intermediate and advanced learners, lessons can include more natural expressions, longer conversations, cultural topics, and improving fluency.

I especially want students to have plenty of time to speak during lessons. Mistakes are part of learning, so I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can practice without feeling pressured.

Whether you are living in Türkiye, planning to visit, studying Turkish, or simply want more conversation practice, we can build the lessons around what is most useful for you.
